My family gave me the Miallegro Arepa maker for Christmas, and as soon as I used it, I decided I will not make them by hand any more!I plugged it in and proceeded to heat the Arepa Maker as indicated. Meanwhile, I mixed the arepa meal as usual and filled every space and closed it to heat up. My whole family was observing the cooking time (I set it to 15 minutes) in anticipation. Taking out the arepas once they were cooked was easy and hassle-free. Surprise, surprise: The exterior was cooked to perfection, nice and crunchy, and the meal inside was totally cooked, also to perfection. Big applause, everyone took an arepa and filled it with grated gouda cheese. You should have been there to hear all the Uhhhmmms and Ahhhs!
