The instructions are pretty lousy, but then again, it is just a fan. The hard part was figuring out how to place the speed control unit in the fan housing. The much copied instruction sheet was barely legible. I broke the fuse assembly putting it all together and had to do away with the fuse. This wasn't a great problem as the 12v DC supply was already fused. I also couldn't tell by the drawing/instruction sheet how to mount the actual infrared receiver so I connected it through the hole where the fuse had been.
